I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right at the heart of the bustling Bukit Bintang area, surrounded by all the shopping malls. The rooms are cozy and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. However, the dining options could be more diverse, and the cost of some services was a bit high.
